Privacy Policy – Render AI
AI Video Generator - Render AI (iOS) · Last updated: October 17, 2026
Developer: Okay Kacar | support@opsenter.com
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Render AI ("AI Video Generator - Render AI", "the App"), developed and operated by Okay Kacar ("we", "us"), handles your information.
The short version: the App has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts or location. We only process what is needed to create the videos and images you ask for. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not use your content to train AI models.
2. Information We Collect
- Content you provide: text prompts, and any photos or videos you choose to add as a reference for a generation.
- Generated results: the videos and images the App creates for you.
- Anonymous device identifier: a random ID created by the App on first launch. It is used to keep your token balance, purchases and creations linked to your device. It is not your Apple ID, not the advertising identifier (IDFA), and not linked to your real-world identity.
- Purchase status: whether you have an active subscription and your token balance. Payment details are handled only by Apple; we never see your card or billing information.
- Usage and diagnostics: app events such as screens opened, buttons tapped, generation success or failure, app version, device model and OS version. These events do not include your prompts, photos or generated content.
- Push notification token (only if you allow notifications), used to tell you when a generation is ready.
3. How We Use Information
- To generate the video or image you request, and to show it in your gallery.
- To manage tokens, subscriptions and restore purchases.
- To send a notification when your generation is ready (if you allowed notifications).
- To find and fix crashes and errors and understand which features work, in aggregate.
- To enforce our content rules and prevent abuse.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, selling, or training AI models.
4. Photos, Videos and Face Data
Some features let you add a photo or video as a starting point for a generation (for example, turning a photo into a video). These photos and videos may show people, including their faces.
- What we collect: only the photo or video file you choose to add. The App does not scan your photo library; it only receives the file you select.
- No biometric processing: we do not use face recognition, do not detect or analyze faces, and do not create face geometry, face templates, faceprints or any other biometric identifiers from your photos. The image is used only as a visual input to the AI model you selected.
- Use: the file is used for one purpose only: to create the result you requested. It is never used for identification, authentication, advertising, analytics, or to train AI models.
- Sharing: the file is sent to our AI processing provider, Replicate, Inc., which runs the model you chose (see Section 5). It is not shared with anyone else and is never sold.
- Storage: to hand the file to the AI provider, we place a temporary copy in our private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), reachable only through a link that expires after 1 hour.
- Retention and deletion: Replicate deletes inputs within about 1 hour after the generation. Our temporary copy is deleted as soon as the generation finishes (and in any case within 24 hours), and any copy embedded in our generation record is removed at the same time. The original photo always stays on your device under your control.
- Generated results (the output video or image, which may depict a person) are stored in our cloud storage so they appear in your gallery, until you ask us to delete them (see Section 9).
5. Third-Party AI Processing
Before your first generation, the App shows a screen that explains what is sent and to whom, and asks for your permission. Nothing is sent to an AI provider unless you tap Allow. You can withdraw permission at any time in Profile → AI Data Sharing; the App will then ask again before your next generation.
- Who: Replicate, Inc. (United States), our AI processing provider. Replicate runs the model you select: Google Veo and Google Nano Banana (developed by Google LLC) or Kling (developed by Kuaishou Technology). The model's developer may receive the same input solely to produce your result.
- What: your text prompt, any photo or video you added, and generation settings (such as length, aspect ratio and quality). No device identifier, name or contact information is sent.
- Why: only to generate your requested content.
- Protection: these providers act on our instructions as data processors, are contractually limited to using the data to provide the service, and are required to protect it with safeguards equal to or stronger than those described in this policy. Replicate does not use API inputs or outputs to train models and deletes them within about 1 hour.
6. Other Service Providers
- Cloudflare, Inc.: app backend, temporary file transfer and storage of your generated results.
- Supabase, Inc.: database for generation records, token balances and the anonymous device ID (hosted in the EU, Frankfurt).
- RevenueCat, Inc. and Apple: in-app purchases and subscription status.
- PostHog, Inc.: product analytics and diagnostics (usage events only; no prompts, photos or generated content).
- Expo (650 Industries, Inc.) and Apple Push Notification service: delivering notifications, if you allowed them.
Each provider processes data only to perform its service for us. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
7. Tracking and Advertising
We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking, and we do not show third-party ads.
8. Data Retention
- Photos and videos you add as input: deleted by Replicate within about 1 hour; our temporary copy as soon as the generation finishes, and in any case within 24 hours.
- Text prompts: kept with the generation record so you can see and reuse them, until you ask us to delete your data.
- Generated videos and images: kept in our cloud storage until you ask us to delete your data. Deleting an item in the App's Library removes it from your device.
- Token balance and purchase status: kept while you use the App, so purchases can be restored.
- Usage and diagnostic events: kept for up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated.
9. Your Choices and Rights
- Withdraw AI processing permission at any time in Profile → AI Data Sharing.
- Delete creations from your device in the App's Library.
- Ask us to delete all data linked to your device (prompts, generated results, generation records): tap Profile → Delete My Data, or email support@opsenter.com with the Device ID shown in Profile. We complete deletion within 30 days.
- Ask for a copy of the data linked to your device, or for corrections, by emailing support@opsenter.com.
- Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@opsenter.com and we will delete it.
11. AI-Generated Content
- All results are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and do not create content that impersonates, harasses or deceives.
- Label AI-generated content when you share it, where the law or platform rules require.
12. Security
All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Cloud storage is private; files are reachable only through short-lived signed links. Access to our systems is limited to the developer.
13. International Transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and the European Union. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
14. Changes to This Policy
We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes that affect how your photos or content are handled will be shown in the App before they apply.
