Terms of Use – Render AI

1. Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement

The App is licensed to you, not sold. In addition to these Terms, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA") applies to your use of the App and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA prevails on the points it covers.

2. Device-Based Access

• Device identification: we identify you solely by a unique device identifier (Device ID) and, if applicable, your RevenueCat subscription identifier. No user account or registration is required.
• Security responsibility: you are responsible for securing your device. Anyone with access to your device can use your subscription benefits and credits.

3. Subscriptions, Credits and Refunds

• Plans: premium features are offered through auto-renewing subscriptions, currently weekly and yearly plans. Generations use credits (shown as tokens in the App) that are linked to your Device ID via RevenueCat.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. We do not receive your payment details, only confirmation of your subscription status.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds: all billing and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, use Apple's refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.

4. License and Restrictions

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your device for personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code.
• Circumvent any security or access controls.
• Use the App to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its outputs, except as expressly permitted herein.

5. Content Rules

• Text prompts and media you submit are checked by automated moderation, and requests that violate these rules may be blocked or rejected.
• Only submit photos and media you have the right to use. Do not submit photos of other people without their permission, and do not create content that impersonates, harasses or deceives.
• The AI models used by the App apply their own content filters.
• All results are generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate.

6. User-Provided Content and Ownership

• Your inputs: you retain all rights to the text prompts and media you supply or import.
• Generated videos: we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute any videos generated by the App on your device.
• Feedback: any feedback you submit may be used by us, royalty-free, to improve the App.

7. Reporting and Removal

• Flagging: if you encounter unintended or inappropriate content, use the in-App Report option or email support@opsenter.com.
• Removal rights: we reserve the right to remove any generated content from our servers or block export of any video that violates these Terms or applicable law.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No warranty: the App is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
• Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
• Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease all use of the App on your device.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.

12. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date.
• Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
